I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 X - Wired Gaming Headset - FRML. I completed all the steps for activation, but the activation code sent to my e-mail address is incorrect. What can I do to get a new and valid code if possible?

Please PM your headset serial number and the email you used to registered your device. I’d appreaciate it if your could also share your device proof of pruchase for validation. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Thank you!
