Hello! I bought a Razer Kraken X Lite headset a year ago and I feel like I'm missing a driver. After some research, I learned about Razer ID. I went to scratch off the code, but when I did, the code became illegible because the scratching damaged the numbers. So, I've never been able to access my Razer ID, but I really want to use the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.

If you registered your device a year ago, did you try logging in using the same Razer ID for the 7.1 Surround Sound login and see if it detected the software’s full version code linked to your account? Also, please verify if your Kraken X’s product code belongs to this batch: RZ04-0289, RZ04-0295, and RZ04-0296.
