Hello, my razer headset code is invalid can i get an new code or something like that, i can make some photos that i got the razer headset as proof.
Question, what is this code used for?

7.1 Surround Sound activation?
Yes im trying to put the product code from the razer headset on 7.1 surround sound.
Try using English US keyboard format

We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work.



Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.



Prepare the followings~~~



  • Name

  • S/N

  • P/N

  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)

  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product



Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code.



Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio

Lancehead TE can only be registered and used in Synapse 3.0



For registering your product, try using English US keyboard format

Other English keyboard formats do cause problems
