I bought my Razer headset and the card that was supposed to be scratched and the code would appear, I ended up scraping it too hard and the code disappeared, ripping off the letters (I confess that I thought the product above the code was really bad, I scraped it off with coins and pens and it wasn't easy to get out ! When I managed to scrape off the second layer, it came off together, thus losing the code!
