Boa tarde, comprei uns phones razer kraken x lite e o codigo de ativação nao vem na caixa e por mail o que me foi enviado foi o numero de serie que nao é compativel com o numero que me é pedido no Sorround 7.1, gostaria da vossa ajuda para obter esse codigo de ativação pff
