Hello, 4 weeks ago I started a conversation with Razer support and they only responded once (without giving any solution or support for a new product I bought that doesn't work). The other 3 times I start conversations about the same problem (because they never help me on how to fix it), it's the same as the first time, they never answer messages, I want to know if this is normal in Razer support and if so: HOW MUCH HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SOLUTION?
