Hello,
I am contacting you regarding a compatibility issue between my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse and a recently purchased Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.
My DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse initially worked with its original dongle. However, this dongle suddenly stopped working. After several checks (testing on multiple computers, different USB ports, etc.), the dongle is no longer detected by my PC (and the warranty has already expired).
To replace this dongle, I purchased a Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle, thinking I could use it instead of the old one.
According to the official synchronization procedure, the original working dongle is required to pair the mouse with the new HyperPolling dongle (via the 2.4 GHz synchronization mode in Razer Synapse).
However, since my original dongle is out of order, I am unable to start or complete this procedure.
I am therefore stuck, despite having purchased a new dongle.
My question is:
Is there an alternative solution for pairing the Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro with a new HyperPolling dongle without having the original one?
Or is there another method, tool, or specific procedure you could recommend in this particular case?
Thank you in advance for your help.
