I am facing an issue with my Razer Cobra Gaming Mouse (Model No. RZ01-0465). All other mouse functions are working properly, but the middle mouse button (scroll wheel click) is not working.
I have already tried troubleshooting, updating the drivers through Razer software and Windows, and testing the mouse on another computer. However, the issue persists.
Since the problem remains even after testing on another device, it appears to be a hardware-related issue.
I request you to investigate this issue and provide a suitable resolution, preferably a replacement or warranty repair, if eligible.
