Computer fails to start when Razer Chroma is plugged


Hi I just bought a Razer Chroma addressable RGB controller but when I plug it (even without any device plugged to it) the computer tries to boot up (the fans start working for a second) and then stops. If I try again to start up it doesn't do anything at all (fans don't turn on) unless I first turn on and off the power, then the same issue occurs Motherboard: Rog Strix B450-F Gaming Power supply: Corsair CX550M 550W On a different computer the device works fine! I would like to understand what is the problem with my computer because if I just ask for a replacement I am afraid I would run into the same issue. Things I tried: I tried plugging the molex cable to all available ports on the power supply I tried changing molex cable I tried changing USB port on the motherboard I thought it could be that the power supply is not enough, but the problem persists even if I unplug the graphic card from the power supply. Does anyone have any advice or idea of what could be wrong? Thanks in advance!

Is there a solution for this? Or is ist some sort of power supply voltage issue? I have a Corsair AX1000 Titanium, there it worsk. No I changed to RM1000X 2024 and it is not possible to boot with the Razer ARGB Controller connected.
