Computer won't recognize Barracuda X

So I recently lost my Barracuda X wireless dongle, and ordered a new one. I started the pairing utility and my computer recognizes the new dongle, but it won’t recognize my headset. I’ve tried plugging it into every USB slot while trying it powered off and powered on, and in Bluetooth Pairing mode and the Hyperspeed Wireless mode. Nothing seems to get my PC to recognize it. I’ve been looking everywhere online and there are absolutely no solutions. I would like to keep continuing using my Barracuda X’s on my PC and not have to buy a whole new headset just for my PC.
