Conflict between Razer Viper Ultimate Lightweight mouse and Wireless Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

I’ve had the Razer Viper Ultimate Lightweight Wireless for several months connected with its dongle to a Dell PC and it was fine. Then I connected the Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed keyboard with its own dongle. Now the mouse  stalls or sticks when flying over menus. Is there a solution for this?

I tried to connect the mouse to the keyboard’s wireless dongle but they are apparently incompatible. The mouse and keyboard are both connected to the pc by their own dongles.

Hi @OPALMossGreenpoly455,

Are you using USB hub for the wireless dongles of your devices? Try updating the Synapse app so it can fetch updates for your devices and reinstalling the mouse’s driver for further isolation. If that didn’t help, let me know through PM and provide the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for model-specific steps to help you address the problem. Thanks!
