Confused About Local Taxes

Hi! I'm trying to order a Razer Blade 14 but I am a bit confused about the checkout part. So the checkout says the laptop costs 2599 EUR and that the local taxes are 416 EUR, but when I go to the card payment page it's charging me only 2599 EUR. Am I missing sometihg? Will I need to pay the 416 EUR local takes to the delivery person or how does that work? Thanks (I've attached a picture of the checkout)
