Confused as to how I can get my RMA, and start claiming my warranty? | Razer Insider

My Blackshark V2 X  USB headphones started buzzing a few weeks after getting them (Ordered Jul 1, 2023) and it kept getting worse. Want to get an RMA, and after going through support never found a way how to do that besides other people making posts asking about the same thing and an admin replying to them and moving things to PM. Seems inefficient if you ask me.

Anyways, I saw lots of people having this problem, and after trying to troubleshoot for weeks now, between working with synapse, 7.1, my PC’ systems, everything, there has been absolutely no improvement. I’m fed and up and would like my ears to stop ringing. Buzzing varied in volume and frequency as different applications were closed or opened. Certain games would make it louder and higher pitch, only to soften when I open the escape menu in said game, whereas others would do the opposite. Borderline random behavior. Truly unbelievable and I can think of no case where the headphones were dropped or banged in any way. I am careful with my things, especially when I haven't had them long, yet this product degraded to such a level I’d consider it defective in only three months. Its been unfortunate having to go through experiencing the physical product,  and I have a feeling that substandard quality will only be dwarfed by the similarly disappointing capabilities of  Razer support. Lets see if I can even get a response before my products warranty runs out (1.75 years left, wish me luck!)

From the warranty it seems ill be going through some of the things I've already done to try and fix this with support a second time once they reach out, so to be clear I'm not asking for any trouble fixes. I promise I've already tried everything I could find on the Razer forums, and beyond. Ideally I’d like a refund rather then rolling the dice with a new pair every few months and seeing how long it takes for my ears to start bleeding for a chance at getting a (hopefully functional) new pair.

Additionally in my razor account I have no orders listed, and thus am unsure if I'm missing a certain area of the website which is where you get an RMA. I of course have the email for this order and have no idea why the history of this purchase has gone and disappeared on Razors end.
