Connect Razer Raiju with headset and PC?

Sorry, if this post was alreday posted here. I can't find it so I am going to ask my question again. My son has bought a Razer Raiju Tournament ed for PS 4 and has tried to connect it to his PC to play Fortnite. It works well, but he can't connect the headset. he has treid connecting the controller via USB to the PC and the headset via cable to the controlleror using bluttooth. He can hear his friends, but the can't hear him. How can we solve this? And is there anywhere an offical Razer support? My kid is quite upset, as he has spent his savings for this (used) controller. I hope we can find her a solution for this problem. Thanks alot.
