Connect Tartarus Pro and other USB devices stop working | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
I have a weird issue:

When I have my Razer Tararus Pro connected to my system (doesn't matter which USB port I use), some of my other USB peripherals (for example, my Gladiator NXT joystick and my Thrustmaster Cougar MFDs) don't work. When I connect them to the system, Windows identifies them and activates them but no button presses or axis movements are detected.

However, as soon as I disconnect the Tartarus, the other devices start working fine.

Any tips on how I can get things to co-exist? I'd really like to use my Tartarus when I'm flight simming but currently can't.
Have you checked if the Razer Tartarus Pro drivers are present in your computer's device manager? Also, please check if there's a duplicate or odd hardware device from any sub-category. If it's feasible, please connect the gaming keypad to another computer. I’ll be locking this thread now.
