Hi,

I was under the impression you could connect multiple Razer devices on the same usb dongle.

But Synapse doesn’t allow me to do that.

I have 2 mice and a keyboard, they all came with a dongle. But the RazerUSBHyperspeedDongle utility used to connect a device to a dongle only connects the device to it’s dedicated dongle.

In Synapse the button indicating you can connect multiple devices is greyed out and doesn’t launch any thing. I had all these devices connected at least once to update them.

Does someone know how I could connect my devices to the same dongle? If it’s not possible, there is no reason for me to buy only Razer products.

Peripherals must be compatible with Hyperspeed Multi-device: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/21050/ (check How to add a device to a multi-device dongle →  Applicable Model).

And you didn’t mentioned which models do you have and want to connect together.

I have a Razer Basilik v3 Pro and got Razer BlackWidow V4 low profile hyperspeed and a Razer Naga V2 Pro

From the last message if I understand correctly I would need the hyperspeed version of these products if they exist?
