Connection issue razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed dongle doesn't connect

it doesn’t connect via dongle, but work perfectly via the dedicated wire given which is usb type c to connect it via dongle i need to connect it with the wire, for a second, and then immediately connect it with dongle, then it works perfectly fine, what do i do i am stressed out i have online classes and other things to do

Can you install the  Headset Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
