Connection issues with my Razer Barracuda X

About a week ago, my Barracuda X started randomly losing connection with the USB dongle. I also noticed that the dongle becomes very warm while in use.

After disconnecting it and letting it cool down for a while, I tried reconnecting it to my PC, but it did not work properly. When it does reconnect, it only works for a few minutes before disconnecting again and stopping pairing completely.

This is quite frustrating because I have been using the headset for over a year without any issues, but unfortunately the warranty has just expired.

I'm from Brazil and would like to know if it is possible to purchase a replacement dongle for the headset, or if there is any recommended troubleshooting I could try to fix the connection issue.
