Connection Problems with Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023)

Hello,

recently, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and got some Problems.

When I connect the Dongle into my PC, power on the Headset, everything works fine. But then I turn it off, shutdown my PC and at the next day, powering on the Headset: Nothing works…

The headset switches after some seconds in the bluetooth mode, telling me “pairing” and blinking blue.

I tried to Use the smart switch to switch to hyperspeed-mode… but after some seconds it steps back to pairing...

I tried to update everything (synapse, windows, firmware): No Change.

I even tried to Pair it with the Razer PairingTool. Didn’t help…

 

So I contacted Razer, trying to do some of the steps again… no change… So after all, they told me, it’s a hardware-defect, so I went to my reseller and got a new one… yesterday I was happy, everything worked fine… but today (after headset and PC where shutdown overnight), I turned the headset on, again… And… same problem… so I’m very frustrated about this, hoping I can get here some help… Hopefully, this problem can be fixed somehow…

 

My wife has a BlackShark v2, too, but in white, her PC-Hardware is identical to mine (except the periphal and display devices)

 

Currently I have Windows 11, had in the past a logitech headset which worked fine (some other problems, which let me buy a new headset) and Synapse 4.0.86.2512101100. I have installed cortex, too, but I have no other Razer products.
