Hello, I need assistance with my Razer Wolverine V3 Pro.

The original USB cable has a loose connection issue — it disconnects when slightly moved.

I tested the controller using a different USB-C cable, and it works perfectly without any disconnections, so the issue appears to be only with the original cable.

The controller and charging dock are working properly.

I would like to request a warranty replacement for the defective cable.

I can provide a video and proof of purchase if needed.
