Connectivity and Registration Issue - BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. The USB-C dongle's LED is blinking continuously, and it fails to establish a wireless connection despite trying all USB ports and using the extension cable. The headset only works via wired mode.

Additionally, I am unable to register my product as the system returns an 'Unrecognized Serial Number' error for the code on the box. I have the purchase invoice dated 28.04.2026. Please assist with both the dongle connectivity and the registration error.
