Is this company going to fix this issue ever? Every few days while playing a game, the game will all of a sudden either minimize or leave full screen bc this ridiculous razer synapse software wants to ask me for 10000000th time whether I want local settings or cloud settings or ask me later. I have tried everything. This is an issue for many people. Meanwhile they are twiddling their thumbs over there.
Had the same issue initially. I repeatedly chose the cloud storage option. Problem with this is that when your PC is not connected to WiFi, it won’t register any changes that were made while its disconnected from the internet. Now I want to change from cloud to local storage. No idea how to change it.
still happening more and more even with Synapse 4. they dont care as long as they have your hard earned cash in their pockets
+1Also had problem on mine laptop. But I fixed it with these steps:
- Uninstall Synapse and all Razer related stuff from OS
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot download new Synapse 4 installer: https://www.razer.com/synapse-4 and install it again.
