Constant network errors when trying to submit a support ticket
Hello,
Wasted 30min of my life with the support system. Every time I try to submit a support ticket I get constant "Network error" message.
I have tried FF, Chrome and IE and all of them with and without a VPN and also tried a second VPN. Same error every single time. See 1st picture.
On a few attempts the Captcha randomly just stopped working where it says "you are not a robot" and also that the capture is not complete. See 2nd picture.
My internet works fine, obviously, otherwise I would not be able to post here!
Anyone out there know why this error constantly persists?
I'm not using any add blockers etc.
It is extremely irritating.
