Constant sound stuttering and cutting out from Barracuda x Chroma headset

Recently got a new Barracuda X today and got everything set up and the first thing I noticed when trying them out after getting everything situated is that the music tends to stutter and sometimes cut out for a second. This has been happening all afternoon and evening and searching for answers has led me here. Im using it without the dongle at the moment, and having the issue now, on windows 11.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Have you tried updating your headset’s firmware? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Barracuda X Chroma’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
