Contact customer support regarding broken cooling pad europe

Hi all,

how can i get in touch with customer support regarding my defective cooling pad? It is within warranty but i cannot find a contact. Automatic Chat does not accept my description of the product/problem.

Tbh absolutely horrific experience regarding support up until now.

I am located in munich, germany.
