I have been trying to contact support over the last few weeks due to a fault with my Razer Nommo V2 Pro.
They have been working great for around a year, but now seem to be having the same issue as a lot of others online where the speakers and sub can no longer connect. After trying all the suggested solutions wanted to contact Razer themselves.
Using their portal tells me they are still in warranty, but when I use the chat feature it comes back and says they have a problem try again later.
Is there any other way to contact them? or could someone from Razer reach out to me please.
