Hello,

I have been trying to contact support over the last few weeks due to a fault with my Razer Nommo V2 Pro.

They have been working great for around a year,  but now seem to be having the same issue as a lot of others online where the speakers and sub can no longer connect. After trying all the suggested solutions wanted to contact Razer themselves. 

Using their portal tells me they are still in warranty, but when I use the chat feature it comes back and says they have a problem try again later. 

Is there any other way to contact them? or could someone from Razer reach out to me please.

I understand that you are currently encountering a connectivity issue between the speakers and the subwoofer, and that you are unable to proceed using the chat support feature at this time.

Please send me a PM along with  your device’s serial number and a detailed description of the issue so I can properly isolate the cause why you are having this issue. Also, please enumerate the troubleshooting steps you have already completed to avoid repeating them. Thank you!
