Almost two months ago, I connected with one of the Razer Support workers via direct message regarding issues with my Razer headset. However, after 25 days, since the last message, I still haven’t received any response from their side, and I’m still stuck with the same problem. Could anyone here help me out with my issues regarding the dongle?
