I returned a keyboard for repair/replacement under warranty and have an RMA number. Razer received the item on 4 December and I was informed it would take up to 3 business days for a further response. It is now 14 December (10 calendar days later which I believe includes 3 business days) and I have heard NOTHING back since. When I use the automated system (only system available, apparently) to check my RMA status, it only returns a tracking number for the package TO THEM (which I know has already been received, thus is WORTHLESS). I'm trying to get hold of a HUMAN to find out the status of the repair, but have no way of getting past the automated system. Any ideas???
