First off, trying to reach a live person at this site is ridiculous. I ordered a laptop today. Got an email that there was a problem with the order and it was cancelled. It says to contact the support team for more assistance. Gives some useless links that bring me to an area with a dropdown of reasons to contact support. One of these is orders. Seemed logical. I checked it. It basically only brings up a window saying my order was cancelled. No reasons, no way to speak with anybody in orders or support to find out why. No email address even. I am reconsidering whether I should even bother to go any further to order this laptop if it is SO HARD to get a simple question answered. Does anyone have a number to their sales or order department so I can find out WHY this order was cancelled? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just an addendum, I checked with the credit card company which says that they approved the transaction, but it was then cancelled by Razer, so the issue appears to lie with Razer, whom I cannot seem to contact on the issue to find out why.
