Hi,

I have been trying to order a product from the Razer website but keep getting an email saying I need to contact support because on an issue with payment but of course there is no useful way to do so so anyone got a suggestion of how I can get around this?

Thank you for sharing your concern here. You can submit a support ticket here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Once there, navigate to "Contact Razer Support," then select "PC Products," followed by "Peripherals," and finally enter your device's serial number.
