I got a Nari 5/9/21. Through the past year I have periodic issues where synapse is running and when you open it and see the devices you can see my naga and blackwidow and nari. While turned on the nari will drop from synapse then reappear and will happen in frequency from ever 2 seconds to once every 10 minutes. When this happens I do not hear the usb devise disconnected or reconnected chime from windows.

When it disappears from synapse I can hear everything but my mic doesn't function. The headset will give a 2 chime that its off then another 2 chime when its back on.



Last night was the last straw, and I started troubleshooting.

I changed my mic to my back up and left synapse open but not in use. Repeatedly through the couple hours the nari continuously dropped then reappeared in synapse. I closed synapse reopened and it persisted. So I ran a repair on synapse through control panel>programs & files> selected razer synapse and hit repair.



Since then the microphone will not work. I can get audio but windows will not see the mic. I have rebooted the computer, disabled the microphones and reenabled. I have run the windows troubleshooter and nothing has so far been successful.

When I go into synapse and click on mic preview I get nothing, when I go to mic monitoring (sidetone) I can somewhat hear myself but its better than nothing

In discord when the nari is up and running I can see it showing the certified notation



Any suggestions?
