Core X Chroma, new PH-1660S, no detection on the second day | Razer Insider

Hello all, Happy New Year.



I've got a new Core X Chroma, new PH-1660s, and a next to new Spectre x360 15". All setup yesterday, several hours of fun, plugged in today, and nothing.



Core PSU fan starts fine, no USB detection at all.



Definitely using the TB3 port on the laptop.



Tried two other TB3 cables.



Tried a different power cord.



Switch is definitely on.



External display is fine.



Reseated the GPU.



Sort of lost on what else I can try.
Please make sure that you have Windows 10 RS5 installed and check your Thunderbolt settings. Set Razer X Chroma as an "Always Connect" device. Here's how it should look like:
