I just got my core X eGPU dock today and I'm struggling with it's installation.
My graphics card (Sapphire X R9 390 OC Tri-X NITRO) is not recognized by my Razer Blade 13 (RZ09-02812G71-R3G1) altho it should be according to the online documentation.
Here are some additional facts to my case:
- So far I have checked all connections twice
- The Thunderbolt Control Center does not regocnize the Core X, but I can see it in Settings -> Devices -> additional Devices.
- The Core X power supply and case fan are running
- the graphics card fans are not running
- the dock provides power
- I have upgraded the OS to win10 pro (version 1903)
- I've tried the thunderbolt port on the right side and the usb c port on the left
- the TB3 cable looks fine
- TB is activated in BIOS
- TB securty level in BIOS is SL0
- the graphics card has one monitor connected via HDMI (I also tried DVI)
- the graphics card works in a tower PC

- I have tried to install radeon drivers but they don't want to be installed since no card is connected
