Hi there, I just got my core X eGPU dock today and I'm struggling with it's installation. My graphics card (Sapphire X R9 390 OC Tri-X NITRO) is not recognized by my Razer Blade 13 (RZ09-02812G71-R3G1) altho it should be according to the online documentation. Here are some additional facts to my case:
  • So far I have checked all connections twice
  • The Thunderbolt Control Center does not regocnize the Core X, but I can see it in Settings -> Devices -> additional Devices.
  • The Core X power supply and case fan are running
  • the graphics card fans are not running
  • the dock provides power
  • I have upgraded the OS to win10 pro (version 1903)
  • I've tried the thunderbolt port on the right side and the usb c port on the left
  • the TB3 cable looks fine
  • TB is activated in BIOS
  • TB securty level in BIOS is SL0
  • the graphics card has one monitor connected via HDMI (I also tried DVI)
  • the graphics card works in a tower PC
edit:
  • I have tried to install radeon drivers but they don't want to be installed since no card is connected

Hi there! Are you still having the same issue? Have you tried reinstalling the Thunderbolt Driver?
