The combination SHIFT-ALT-Q registerd no input. All other ALT-SHIFT combination did what the had to do. This problem was on the internal keyboard aswel on the external USB keyboard. For me it was clear the issue was not the hardware. All drivers are updated. I did a update of the BIOS The problem continues After de-installing Cortex the issue is solved Cortex is mentioned to inprove the system. What is it doing with the keyboard? System; Laptop (HP Omen, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz, RAM 16 GB, System BIOS F.15, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060) Razer Tartarus Pro Razer NAGA X Keyboard Spirit Of Gamer Pro-K5 (I know, I have to replace it with a Razer :-) )

Hey there! Thank you very much for sharing Razer Cortex's concern here. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex technical support team. I will be happy to assist you with your concern. Regarding your issue, could you please reset your SHORTCUT KEYS in Razer Cortex? To do this, please launch Razer Cortex, click on GAME BOOSTER > FPS > SHORTCUT KEYS > Show/Hide FPS display. I attach an image for reference. Please feel free to let us know if this issue persists. Thank you very much for your patience. Michelle
