I was trying to get razer cortex so that i could play Rust at a better FPS, It gave me this "Cortex failed to start, please try again." I uninstalled, reinstalled. Reinstalled the installer, tried disabling and enabling in msconfig, checked to see if they were set to auto in services. made sure windows management instrumental was running.
