Cortex games paid to play timer stops, help.

I've been facing this problem since I downloaded cortex games. When I open a game from paid to play the notification appears but the timer stops unexpectedly after some time. Any idea why this happens. Someone please help me fix it. Thanks.

    Hi @GhostGrimReaper, what kind of device do you have? (Make, Model) Most likely, you have some other app running on top such as Samsung Gaming Mode, screen recording, etc. which will stop the counter. If you disable that, it should resolve the issue. Hope that helps!

    2GB RAM, octa core, android 10,model: RMX3063 And also note that I was not using any screen recorder, game booster or any such kind of thing. No background processes were running in the recent tab. Thanks.
