Cortex not counting my play time of a specific game | Razer Insider

I started using Cortex yesterday, it counts correctly my play time of every game except Mir4, I played Mir4 for almost half day but Cortex isn't counting my hours.

Before we start, could you please provide us with the below information?



  • Could you please let me know the installation path of MIR4 on your PC? The default installation path of this should be \\SteamApps\\common\\MIR4\\MirMobile\\Binaries\\Win64\\Mir4.exe. If you customized the installation path, Cortex may not detect the gameplay time correctly. In such a case, please uninstall the game first and reinstall it on the default installation path. If you must customize it, please only customize the drive part.

  • Could you please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs for us to further investigate this issue if the reinstallation does not work? Here is a guide on how to collect and upload your Cortex logs. Please PM me the logs and do not share them here to protect your privacy.



Check the attachment to see the installation path of a game via Cortex.
