Cortex won't open.

I did reinstalling, tried removing all directory related to razer, nothing works. I tried installing beta too, but installer cannot connect to server, so i can't install it in the first place. After all these trouble shooting, I think the problem is "Razer Central Service" isn't being installed on my PC, I checked msconfig and only RzKLService is there. Anyway, I really looking forward to fix it asap.
