CPR Disabled Razer Basilisk v2

Hi, my mouse stopped working, no lights. I reset pc, pluged mouse to diferent usb, usb 2 and usb 3.

Make the reset to the mouse, and still the same error. My pc detects the mouse as a USB pendrive.

I think i need the firmware. The firmware updater dont found the mouse.

I need the file firmware of my mouse.

The serial number is: PM2117H13011505

3 days and no response, like in all the other questions about the same problem.

This error is generated for the Razer software, the minimun that i want is the help to solve it.

Someone who can help with the problem?
