CPU and GPU overheating

My Razerbalde 17 2022 started overheating recently, CPU temp 80-90 degrees without any task running, GPU 70 C,, and the battery wont charge but it still has approx. 34% power. What could it be? Perhaps the powersupply. How could I check that?

What other signals is it giving off, power supply really hot, screen going dark with game/lights still on before a crash? 
 

I’ve had this happen twice now. One was replaced, the motherboard just died apparently. Im literally on the process right now of sending my second back in for the same issue.
