Just got 2020 Razer blade pro 300hz 2080 super max q with 10875h
Right out of the box it hard froze to where i could not do anything other than hold the power button to power it off.
After that it would freeze on and off randomly few times a day.
Contacted costumer support and they told me to update all my drivers but that did not help ..so i contacted them again and this time they told me to perform factory reset and reinstall/update all my drivers again.
No luck..
So i spent last few days in search of the solution ..
After long research and many videos on youtube i went ahead and undervolt my CPU to where i found out later that 10th series CPU cannot be undervolted and razer does it from the factory ...
Anyway the problem remain the same ..
Even got a new stand for it to where it's nice in the air - NO HELP
CPU Is just constantly power throttling is what XTU tells me anyway ..
Did a few games in warzone and CPU went all the way up to 100c according to HWmonitor software...
As i said i just got it and dont really want to send it back for repair especially during the pandemic it will take a month if not more ...
Is there anything else i can try? Maybe re paste it with liquid metal? I would rather do that myself than send it over to razer and wait god know how long..
Please help... paid 3200$ for it too ...very frustrating

The same here with Razer Advanced 2020 Super2070. 6 cores at 100C the rest 99C.
