cracked and broken barracuda

Hello,
I am a user of the Razer Barracuda headset.

I bought the headset about 8 months ago. At first, it was a very good headset, but after around one month of light usage, cracks started to appear on the hinge swivel and the black swivel on the left side. As you can see, I had to glue the plastic part because no replacement parts were available in stores. This temporary fix worked for a while, but about a month ago it completely broke, and now I can’t use the headset anymore.

What is more important is that the crack is not only on the left side — both sides of the headset have cracked in the exact same spot.

I would appreciate any support or guidance regarding replacement parts or repair options, since it seems to be a structural issue rather than user damage.
