I am trying to find a precision touchpad for a Razer 15 model RZ09-02705E75. It is cracked and I need to get it replaced. It would be nice if I could send it back to Razer for repair but your web site sucks for getting in touch with any technical people. How can I start a repair ticket. every time I try it keeps sending me back to the FAQ site.

With that said, I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf if you send me a PM. Do note that we do not ship parts for our systems, so you will be asked to send the device in for repair.
