Cracked touchpad on Razer 15 laptop

I am trying to find a precision touchpad for a Razer 15 model RZ09-02705E75. It is cracked and I need to get it replaced. It would be nice if I could send it back to Razer for repair but your web site sucks for getting in touch with any technical people. How can I start a repair ticket. every time I try it keeps sending me back to the FAQ site.

    Depending on your location, you may be required to input the serial number of the device and have the warranty status checked. With that said, I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf if you send me a PM. Do note that we do not ship parts for our systems, so you will be asked to send the device in for repair. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
