Crackling noise in Razer Kraken Ultimate
I recently bought a Razer Kraken Ultimate headphone. I love the sound quality and the volume. However, whenever I'm playing games, or streaming audio on youtube or anything at all, the voice cracks a lot, it lags a bit and there is a crackling sound in the headset. I'm running Windows 10 on my PC.
Please help.

NekrosalemDoes the issue happen while the headset is connected to another USB port or computer? Please check if the audio quality is the same while using a video conferencing app, such as Skype and Discord? Try replicating the behavior by using the Windows voice recorder and listening to the sample audio clip. I’ll be locking this thread now.
