Hello,
I've just received my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X Headset and I think it is great. Problem is that when it is turned on I always here a light crackling noise. It is obviously hearable when no audio is playing and I can still hear it when listening to music or playing games. This is quite a disturbance and I wonder if I could do anything against it, if my headset is damaged or if this is 'normal' with this headset.
The problem exists in standard and gaming mode. No difference.
I've updated it to the newest firmware.
Second problem is that using the 'one tap' action doesn't perform play/pause in Spotify on my Android smartphone. Every other action works just fine but this most important one doesn't. What can I do?
Hope you guys can help me!
Greetings from German.

Oh and it doesn't matter if the headset is connected to my phone or my PC. That crackling noise is always there on both sources.
