Crackling & popping with Seiren X

Hi, just bought the Seiren X. When I record audio with it I get crackling and popping noise in the back which is very annoying. I also hear it when I plug directly into the 3.5mm microphone on the mic for audio output. Using RTX Voice does almost completely get rid of this so it isn't too much of a problem, just curious where this is coming from and how I can get rid of it. I've looked at other forum posts and haven't found something that worked for me yet. I also found that whenever I brought a device connected to WiFi, the crackling gets louder. When I turn all the WiFi devices near me off, the crackling disappears. Should I RMA? Thanks!
