Cracks in the housing of the Barracuda headphones from everyday use

Hello, I have a problem with my Barracuda headphones, which I bought three and a half months ago, namely 05/21/25. I have cracks on one side of the case where the hinge is, because of this there is a large gap between the case and the earphone and the earphone itself is very loose. These headphones have not been dropped, have not been physically damaged, and have been used as intended. I tried to contact the store where I bought them to replace or repair them, but they refused. Now I am writing directly to the manufacturer in the hope that you can help me with my problem.

HI classicSaffronsystem663,

I'm sorry to hear about what happen to your headset. Can you remember any incidents that happened before the problem arose? did you accidentally drop the headset or apply more force than usual when removing it? Were there any incidents where you may have pulled or tugged the headsets, causing them to stretch beyond their limit? You may find time to read the full details of the Razer Warranty Policy - Exclusions and Limitations.

If you need further assistance, please feel free to send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase for verification. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. I hope to hear from you soon.
