Crashes and force closing Razerphone 2

I've had the Razer phone2 from beginning of the year and i'm overall not disappointed. But for a while, i believe since android 9 it has gotten so unstable and crashes at specific games or app. I play bloons td 6 with a friend while he's having no problems at all playing on his android device im gettin a complete crash and my RP shuts down and restarts suddenly, it didn't lag whatsoever it randomly chrashed. Same on archero, the Asphalt 9 app sometimes crashes but doesn' t let the phone restart it only crashes and i have to restart the app only. But on every other android device, those games seem to work just fine. I did delete the cache of the games, reinstalled them and even factory reset the phone completly, It didn't change a thing. I doubt i'm the only one experiencing those issues, not with those apps in particular, but similiar. My questions are, how is it going to be fixed? What else can i try? I'm really at a loss because i don't wanna give that phone away and replace it with another phone of another brand.. I'll update a crash report once it happens again.
