My Razer NAGA Lefthanded suddenly stopped working and shows now as a USB-stick.

There are more people with the same problem but nowhere is the sollution.

I have a second NAGA Lefthanded on the same PC works fine.

So the problem is with the mouse please give a solution to this problem

No i think this a bug in the Razer software/hardware this is a problem for a long time (2014) if you search the net.

I different types of mice and i thought i read someone had a keyboard with the same issue.

My theorie is that the bin file is corrupted maybe with some sort of reset you can retrieve the bin file.

I can imagine that razer was smart enough to make this file with data redundancy of some sort.

i do not think it is the cable or board because profile LED is on so the 5V is ok and seen that it saw the mouse as a stick de data wires are also ok.

I am experiencing a critical issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 mouse. It suddenly stopped working and now appears as a "CRP DISABLD" drive when connected to my computer. Inside this drive, I see a file named "firmware.bin". The mouse is completely unresponsive and does not function in any way.

my naga lefthanded just did the same - is now working but shows up as a usb device containing a “firmware.bin”

seems to be some kind of flashing-mode or similar.

for crying out loud, razer, how can i get my mouse into normal working mode?

I have the exact issue on my naga left handed edition too :/

unfortunatly two mouses is already dead because of this sh...

and the second mouse brik it self juste the first day after receiving it

(it was at installation of chroma indise synaspe4, weird things happened, it did itself unplugged plugged many time )

I have video of this wierd behavior, the light flikering and mouse mouvement on screen too just before it was briked

I just sent my mouse to RAZER, I hope they will fix this, and send me a new one, as it was ONLY ONE DAY OLD… -_-

was your mouse behind some dock ? cause I tought that might be an issue with power leveling and missing protection in the hardware of these mouses, when connect and disconnect , it may dammage the microController inside (just a guess)
