And tbh I don’t believe that it’s not available any more… Sure, as if some Razer Dev deleted the Firmware in GIT (or whatever Razer Devs use) of a mouse that is STILL IN PRODUCTION and PURCHASABLE. 

Sorry that I’m quite salty rn - but apparently it’s a problem that happens when the Firmware of the Mouse gets corrupted (maybe because of Synapse 4 or a faulty windows update?), but that is probably easily fixable with a firmware update, but you can’t get it from the Website.

But I don’t have the 109€ to buy a new one after 3 years of usage because of some firmware error.
And because I’m crippled (I only have one arm. I use my right-hand stump for WASD, QE, 1234 at maximum mostly and my left hand for the mouse where I bind most keys and modifiers [e.g. i use scroll wheel tilt for SHIFT and/or CTRL] I can’t use my PC efficently anymore. And gaming is literally dead for me rn. I can’t play WoW, GW2, BF6, Deadlock etc. without a Gaming/MMO-Mouse. And Razer is the only manufacturer of a left handed MMO mouse, as far as I know.

I have the exact issue on my naga left handed edition too :/

I bought a new one and 

unfortunatly the second mouses too is already dead because of this sh... 

and the second mouse brik itself just the first day after receiving it !!!

(it was at installation of chroma indise synaspe4, weird things happened, it did itself unplugged plugged many time ) 

I have video of this wierd behavior, the lights were flikering and mouse mouvement on screen too, just before it was briked.

I just sent my mouse to RAZER today as RMA, I hope they will fix this, and send me a new one, as it was ONLY ONE DAY OLD… -_-

Unfortunately Support is as useless as ever. They try to find other error sources and when you're explicitly calling out the error and help for that error and that you ONLY need the uncorrupted firmware.bin they say that wouldn't work, without any explanation on how they get to that assumption.

My guess is that they don’t want to give the file out, because some people might decrypt it and reverse engineer so they just offer RMAs but if you’re over the minimum 2 years of warranty required by law (at least in Germany) it’s “buy a new one or piss off”.
