Hey Support and Community,
my Naga just “died” today. It suddenly stopped working and only got recognized as a USB-hard drive with a firmware.bin inside.
As far as I’ve read from other manufacturers apparently you need to hard reset the device (press LMB+RMB+SWB while plugging in with Razer Mouses) and giving the mouse a new/working firmware.bin file.
I tried the aforementioned reset but seemingly did nothing, but I'm still missing the File. Maybe you can help me out.
I also made a Ticket and wrote a PM to razer.sushi.boi hoping something helps me faster. @.@
